~Baked Brie~

This is a simple recipe I was inspired to make after dining at Cuvee, wine bistro.

I used french brie imported for publix and 4 small white ceramic, baking cups. I believe i baked at 350 degrees (can't remember) drizzle with oil (preferably truffle) sprinkle fresh rosemary and ground almonds. The best part, drizzle honey on top! I used orange blossom honey from a local market, but any honey you enjoy will do! The cheese will be a bit liquidy at first so it needs a few minutes to set.

Bon Appetit!
